Molly graduated from the University of Bath in 2018 with a Masters in Chemistry for Drug Discovery. Her masters project involved organic synthesis and acylation resulting in her authoring a paper that was published in Tetrahedron. She worked for a year at the pharmaceutical company Sanofi as a Quality Control Analyst during her placement year. She has recently joined RB as an R&D Assistant in the Scholl team, working on aid products and their development.
