Want to help organise Europe's first student-run science-based conference?
Joining the York Science Conference is more than a CV point. We actively help students gain valuable experience that enriches their university experience, and improve their employability. Whether you are a coding whiz or just looking for new challenges, our wide range of opportunities will accommodate virtually everyone!
Students from any degree course can apply! We have had students from nine different departments ranging from Biology to Economics join us in the past.
As a student-run organisation, all roles are volunteer-only.
Candidates must be a student at the University of York.

- Recruitment Process -
Stage 1:
Online Application - Applications generally open in mid-March.
Fill in our application form for your desired role and a member of our team will review and get back to you as soon as possible.
Stage 2:
Face-to-Face Interview
Impress us? You will be invited to a face-to-face interview with a committee member. These can be physical or online depending on what is more convenient for you.
